Skills helpful, though not essential, to operate a TACA maintenance contract or franchise are a welding background, experience in sales and marketing alongside a knowledge of running a small business.

TACA will provide new operatives joining our group with all the help they need during the set up of their new business. We will also support them as they grow with the help and guidance of our professional staff alongside mentoring opportunities from existing TACA personnel.
